I'm listening to your latest Unquiet Desperation and I am reminded how good of an interviewer you are. You have consistently gotten interviews that are interesting and fun to listen to.

This particular interview actually hits pretty close to home, no pun intended, since I am looking at moving soon out of the neighborhood that we had intended to live for some time. We don't really want to move, but for the good of our family we need to. This interview has made me think more than just of location and good schools, but of the closeness of family and friends. Thank you both for doing the interview.
