That was great
How did the pasta turn out?
It’s a bit clumsy to use, I much prefer the hand-cranker, but it’s a lot of fun and better than making pasta completely by hand.
Be careful with it when using larger amounts, as the machine will overheat after a few minutes. I recommend doing in batches and freezing it for later since as you can see it takes a while to do.
If you do ground beef make sure that you follow the instructions to the letter. I tried ground beef this weekend (same attachment, but with the metal extruder) and it was *extremely* messy. But it did work.
The kids did a great job, by the way!
